Nashville CARES outcomes include: 55 previously undiagnosed HIV-positive individuals will learn their status and be linked to HIV care and support to successfully manage their HIV disease; 2,025 (90%) of 2,250 clients will stay engaged in HIV care as documented by HIV lab data; 1,885 (93%) of 2,025 clients engaged in care will achieve sustained HIV viral suppression (OVS); and 95 at risk HIV negative individuals will enter and maintain PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) therapy to prevent infection with HIV.
