Crossbridge, Inc. received funds to support Restoration House. The agency’s outcomes include: 72 out of 90 (80%) participants will complete 90 days of recovery support services, develop a Relapse Prevention Plan, and demonstrate a positive change in their health by remaining drug/alcohol free for 90 days; 62 out of 72 (86%) participants completing 90 days will go on to complete 6 months of recovery support services, carry out their Relapse Prevention Plan, and demonstrate a positive change in their health by remaining drug/alcohol free for 6 months; and 60 out of 72 (83%) participants completing 6 months of recovery support services will demonstrate an improvement in functional responses to stress by 3 out of 14 indicators (21%), as reflected in their Stress Response Assessment re-test at 6 months.
