Conexión Américas received funds to support The Collaboration for Family Support. The agency’s outcomes include: 90% of 300 or 270 children and or adults with social/emotional concerns will identify their need for improved coping and increased connections; and 90% of 270 or 243 children and/or adults will report positive changes and show progress towards goals on their action/treatment plan and through a closing post-reflective question at each session.
