 Justice for Our Neighbors is a faith-driven ministry, welcoming immigrants into its communities by providing high-quality, free and affordable immigration legal services, education, and advocacy.  The grant requested in this application will be used to fund the salary of its full-time stipend attorney, earning $47,500 annually.  21 out of 30 (70%) U visa applicants age 18 and over will experience decreased anxiety and depression as a result of JFON's efforts, both in referring them to mental health services in the community and also as a result of applying for, and later receiving, lawful temporary status, work authorization, and a pathway to permanent residence and citizenship.
