Renewal House's mission is, "In community with addicted women and their children, Renewal House fosters healing, resiliency and continuing recovery to enhance family health." It was established in 1996 and is composed of three major programs/components: a long-term, comprehensive Family Residential Program, a Women's Intensive Outpatient Program, and Affordable Recovery Housing Apartments. The agency's goals for the year include sustaining the highest quality family-centered treatment and recovery support services to women and their children affected by substance-use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, and other related trauma; lengthening the client care continuum and time of engagement in support of long-term recovery goals, and gaining a better understanding of existing programs' performance by identifying, collecting and analyzing data that will inform senior management and their Board about agency efficiency, effectiveness and overall impact.
