Music Health Alliance, Inc.’s outcomes include: 2160 (60%) will need/qualify for subsidized health insurance because their incomes fall below 400% above the FPL or below $48,240 annual income for a single person; 194 (10%) of the 1500 will fall below 250% above the FPL (below the annual income of $23,760 for a single person) and they will have acute care needs like liver failure, Parkinson’s, etc. requiring intensive case management; and 175 (90%) of these clients will have their healthcare cases favorably resolved gaining access to treatment, rehabilitation, and medicine with no medical debt thus increasing quality of life and decreasing long-term health system dependency.
