The vision of Faith Family Medical Center is that all working uninsured people and their families have access to the medical care they need.  Faith Family's values include: love, compassion and hope; respect and dignity for the individual; affordable and cost efficient care; and personal responsibility for health and wellness. Since October of 2001, Faith Family Medical Clinic has served over 25,000 of Middle Tennessee's working uninsured population, through a variety of services including family medicine, individual/family counseling, and wellness programs. Services are offered on a sliding scale and patient fees range from $20 - $50 per visit, including all lab tests.  Faith Family benefits from the expertise of more than 135 local specialists who see our patients at reduced fees.  Faith Family also ensures that patients receive the medications they need to effectively manage and treat their diseases at affordable rates, through prescription assistance plans.  Faith Family Medical Center is dedicated exclusively to serving individuals who are working, not eligible for TennCare, and do not have insurance. During the 10-week program, at least 20% of 240 (48) Journey to Health participants will engage in a minimum of 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise (or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity) as self-reported. FFMC will offer 100% (or 3600) of patients fitness and nutrition education through patient visits and group education classes.
