 Conexion Americas' mission is to help Latino families realize their aspirations for social and economic advancement by promoting their integration into the Middle Tennessee community. Founded in 2002, Conexion Americas is recognized as the leading Latino organization in the region and state.  The grant requested in this application will be used to fund a portion of salaries and benefits for 3.5 co-located therapists in partnership with Family and Children's Services, Nurses for Newborns and Martha O'Bryan Center. 337 Children and adults (85% of 397 children and family members from Milestone 2) with mental health problems make positive changes and show progress toward goals as they work toward the outcome of improved management or resolution of their mental health problems. Children and adults will demonstrate that they are "showing progress" toward goals by successfully completing 2 out of 3, or 66% of the goals on their mutual treatment plan.
