As Tennessee's largest community-based behavioral healthcare organization, Centerstone's mission is to prevent and cure mental illness and addiction.  Centerstone was formed in 2000 through a merger of six community mental health centers, many of which have served Middle Tennessee dating back to the 1950's.  The grant requested in this application will be used to subsidize the counseling fees to encourage all warriors struggling with a serious mental illness to seek help. 113 of 150 (75%) participants engaged in face-to-face counseling sessions in Tennessee through its National Network will report decreases in symptoms of PTSD, depression, and alcohol/drug use. 113 of 150 (75%) participants engaged in face-to-face counseling sessions through its National Network will report increases in positive family relations and overall mood.  170 of 170 (100%) callers to the eClinic will be downgraded from a crisis situation to a level where the next steps in help will be discussed. 128 of 170 (75%) callers to the eClinic will be referred to Not Alone's Network of face-to-face providers.
